Chairman and CEO of Mortgage Master, Inc., Leif Thomsen started the Company in 1988. Previously, he worked at a competitor in the mortgage and real estate industry. Before moving to the United States, Leif owned and operated several successful businesses in Denmark, where he also received his business degree from the Roskilde Handelskole.

Co-owner of Mortgage Master, Ann Thomsen has worked in every aspect of the Company's operations since 1988. Prior to her tenure here, she spent six years in a finance position with a large multinational corporation. Ann holds an accounting degree and a BS degree in economics and finance from Bentley College.

President Paul Anastos has been with the Company in an executive capacity since 2003. Previously, he spent five years in public accounting, including working as a manager in Ernst & Young's Mergers and Acquisitions Group. During that time, Paul managed over 75 transactions with total enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $3 billion. Paul holds a BS in accounting from Bentley College. In 2009, Mr. Anastos was recognized by Banker & Tradesmen as one of the Most Influential and Visionary New Leader's under the age of forty in the financial and real estate markets.

Patty Raymo joined Mortgage Master in 1991 and has been head of operations since 1994. Before joining the Company, she spent five years gaining mortgage banking experience in numerous managerial positions with federally chartered banks. Patty studied business and finance at Stonehill College.

David was recently hired as CFO. Previously, he spent eight years with CITI as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader. During that time, he produced more than $8-12 million in revenue per year. Prior to that David worked at BankBoston, Fidelity, and the Boston Stock Exchange in an internal audit role. David holds a BA in Economics/Accounting from Holy Cross College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Bentley University.

Mr. Henig joined Mortgage Master in March, 2012. Prior to his employment with the Company, Mr. Henig was president of Third Party Lending (Internet, Wholesale and Correspondent) with American Home Mortgage (AHM) from 2001-2007. He and his teams built the Internet division to the 5th largest in the nation, wholesale to the 6th largest and most profitable in the nation.
