This position requires a person that is both technical and has strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and able to understand complex technical issues. The candidate must possess excellent end user computing technical knowledge . They must also understand a wide range of technologies and be able to translate this understanding to our end users. A key focus area is to ensure our services are able to meet the needs of our employees. A successful candidate will have in-depth experience with end user services and operating platforms including PC's, MAC's, Smartphone's, tablets, cloud services and applications.

The role of the Business Analyst has multiple, time sensitive responsibilities on a daily basis to support the day-to-day business process. The Business Analyst is responsible for writing requirements and documenting change to support updates to our software solutions. Some reporting support may be necessary as well, some software training and general business support. The role will document changes requested to be handed off to a developer to build solution from. This person will be expected to gain knowledge in the areas needed to achieve a high level of proficiency in the operations and customization of the company’s software. The role will include some vendor management. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry with a focus on mortgage origination process. The candidate should be a logical thinker with the ability to see multiple solutions to any given problem. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, have the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, and be a self-motivated and a team player.
